Spanning a rich history of more than 35 years, Jayshree group is a pioneer in the footwear field, marketing its products under the brandname MAGIC. The journey started with EVA Compression Molded slippers in 1979 with the establishment of Jayshree Company Pvt Ltd. Over the years, the company has acquired manufacturing expertise and has been at the forefront of adopting new technology and advanced machinery.

Also, the company’s focus on distribution and marketing has enabled it to create a significant presence across the whole of NEPAL.

In a visionary step, the group became the first EVA Injection moulded footwear manufacturer in NEPAL in 2003 with the establishment of Jayshree Polymers Pvt Ltd. Starting with 10 designs for men, women, and children, the EVA portfolio has expanded to more than 125 designs as of 2015. In addition to the increase in number of designs, another hallmark is the innovation in design with introduction of modern design and greater value for the consumer. In a significant move, 2 color products have been introduced in 2014. The 2-color range comprises more than 10 designs.

In line with the group’s forward thinking approach, the group established the first polyurethane footwear making unit with the establishment of Jayshree PU Tech in 2010. Today, the company is a leader in PU footwear with more than 200 designs for men, women, and children.

In line with its customer-centric approach, the group started Jayshree Retail in 2012. Starting operations with its own store in Biratnagar, the network now comprises 16 stores across NEPAL. The objective of Jayshree Retail is to enhance the buyer experience by focusing on comfort, ease of selection, and full range product availability. The group is targeting a total of 30 retail presence points (a mix of self-owned and franchise stores) by the end of 2016.
